Your concept is what I like best....my taste runs with Altoon's: the white chairs amongst the dark feathery yews. Last week when I gave a tour at Northwind, it was easy because the nursery is so chock full of engaging examples of excellent creatives practices, both horticultural and artistic. With our unusually hot summer and regular rains, the gardens look smashing, the grasses frothing around in the soon-to-be autumnal winds.

Thanks for this vivid collection of images. I especially like the last one, with chairs in a regular line, all but overrun with greenery.

Nice!. I also like the images where the plants are about to overtake the chairs.

An intersting collection of garden seats. Most look like they have some history of garden parties past.
