Oh, you just have to love tough little nasturtiums, don't you. Is that 'Empress of India'?

I wish I could get over the feeling of dread that winter is coming. I think I would enjoy the beauty of autumn so much more.

Erin — I know what you mean. The last few winters have been so long and snowy that it's hard to accept that that's what will happen next. Just saw a photo of the pond on 4/6 last spring and there was significant snow still on the ground. Horrid thought! But we're having a tiny bit of rain at the moment so I am counting my current blessings.

Love these fall colors.

Its been fun catching up on your garden in the recent posts.
