One of the best trips I ever made was to Niagara Falls in the winter (around midnight!) Wait, not the best trip, but one of the more interesting! The ice on the railings was so thick -- you couldn't really lean against it or hold on.

I used to go there a lot with my old boyfriend and once I chaperoned 3 classes of 5th graders on a trip where we donned raincoats and went down to the bottom of the Falls!
