I have done something similar to this. The recipe didn't call for white wine. This looks and sounds yummy.

Lisa — ​I think you probably want to keep some butter/olive oil but I don't really think you taste the flavorings that much. Though I should probably try it just in plain water to be sure there isn't a significant difference.
