The young couple whose property adjoins ours across the back lot line are selling their house and moving back East. The house is a wonderful mid-century modern with big windows on the back side overlooking the garden. The property includes a trio of white pines, a weeping Katsura tree and one of the largest Dawn Redwood trees in the state. There are also spring ephemerals around the edges of the garden.
This is a large lot with fabulous potential. I would love to have a gardening neighbor so spread the word to all your gardening friends looking for an unusually large lot — almost half an acre — in the city! There's already a gate in the back fence so gardening neighbors can easily visit each other. Google 5806 Dorsett Drive for complete details and photos.
That is a GREAT property in such a nice area. And what lucky homeowners they would be to have your garden in their back yard. I hope you find excellent new neighbors.

Almost a blank canvas. What fun that would be. Good luck finding gardening neighbors.

You can't lure me with all that space, I've seen some of your snow-in-winter photos.
