Current temperature: 22 degrees Fahrenheit (-5.6 C) but feels like 7 degrees F (-13.9 C). Windy and white outside. We are both engrossed in mystery novels and ignoring the weather since Mark went grocery shopping and got home as it was starting to get nasty out.

Brrrrrr... we too are tucked inside. The wind is bringing us rain instead of snow. That is ok with me. Enjoy your mystery.

What a treat. Too cold to go outside. Winter is here. Mystery books cozy or not rule the day. Windy here, too, neither snow nor rain falling, only branches and temperatures. Even so, I'm lovin' it.

Supposed to hit here around midnight. I wish it would stay just snow, but it'll be rain by tomorrow afternoon, they say.

Luckily that mess wore itself down a little before getting to us. We've been spoiled for so long I need a few more days to ease into this winter thing.
