I agree: It's beautiful to look at, but too wet and cold to play outside much. Have the blooming trees ever been this gorgeous before? So lush and colorful! Good for a drive, but not a hike. The forecast looks better for gardening and outdoor activities starting on Wednesdayish.
Given that it's raining now and has been all night or so it seems, I have a feeling Wednesday will only be good for weeding and picking up sticks etc. But you are right that it is beautiful outdoors.
