Fred and Ethel were in and out of the garden all day Thursday. Then late in the day Fred left the missus at home and flew in with his old buddy, Ricky, for a dip in the pond.
Then a little ramble around the garden, investigating the hills, the stream and the various paths.
They decided they didn't feel like another swim.
They waddled one way across the deck thinking about their options.
Then they went the other way trying to reach a mutual decision.
When two old pals get together, the answer about how to spend this special time together is always the same: Kick back and catch some rays on the deck.
What fun! That last photo looks like a painting.

They do seem companionable. Cute story. A fine entertainment.

Your ducks are adorable. Maybe they're trying to figure out Lucy's latest hijinks.
