The lawn is covered with yellow coins but I liked the look of these two. Each one found a location where they did not have to share the stage with others of their ilk!

There are always a few in my garden too. Those yellow faces are so appreciated in the earliest of spring.

Ian Young, who does the Scottish Rock Garden Society's blog, has been growing the same dandelion in his garden for years. It's big and gorgeous.

We have more like a commercial crop in my garden rather than a few!

Ornamental, edible, cheerful color, cool seed heads. Who could ask for anything more?
