This week's cool temps, gray days and rain have kept me indoors. But it has been perfect for the garden. Everything is green and glowing and growing like mad.

I'm glad to see it's rain and not snow! I love the lichen, which isn't something you see in my area.
After a week of chilly and wet weather, we are having a brief break today and tomorrow. So I spent a good chunk of the day in the garden and hope to do the same tomorrow. I have one more group of plants that I am waiting for and for a number of things in the garden to make an appearance. Don't want to accidentally plant something new on a still-dormant older plant!
We have lichens on almost all of our rocks and stepping stones. Very lovely but not they are all slippery when wet. Definitely related to moisture and cooler temps.

Isn't that the truth! The weeds are happy too unfortunately.
