If I did not have a room decorated in every shade of red and pink, I never would have bought this metallic pink tree. I am glad I had an excuse to purchase it last year as I am absolutely in love with it.
This one is taller (4') and much fuller than the little tree in our living room by the big Lohan sculpture. But it is still small enough to decorate easily and as quickly as I feel like doing; though usually I take my time and play around. I leave the lights on it when I store it which adds to the ease of decorating.
The red room has a number of other holiday items scattered around like this little guy whose sign says "Merry Christmas." You are supposed to fill the little box he's standing on with candy. I have it full of smooth pebbles to keep him from tumbling over.
This could be my favorite room in your house. Love the pink tree. Perfect in there.

Wonderful! I'd like to have little Christmas vignettes spread throughout the house but, when you live with a Scrooge, you have to compromise.

The truth is that the pink tree is in a room Mark rarely enters and the other tree is out of his view from where he sits reading or at his computer most of the time. So it looks more Christmassy from views that he doesn't see. Your house is much more open which makes my kind of setup more difficult.

When I found that pink tree last year, I could not resist knowing it would look good in the red room. And it looks even better than I hoped.
