Loree / danger garden

Gardening at its best!

Lisa at Greenbow

An exciting time in your garden. I would swoon if I saw these beauties growing and thriving in my garden. Well done. Seeing those blooms up close reminds me of my MIL that called plants like this pocketbook plants. The bloom reminded her of old timey pocketbooks. :)

They are indeed perfection, Linda! The orchids are almost surreal - I'd have never thought those could be grown outside. I was even more impressed by that 6th photo of the Allium (Nectaroscordum?) in bud, preparing for its big reveal.

Kristin

Everything is gorgeous, but Lady's Slipper??? Wow! And that is my favorite allium. I take an obscene number of photos of mine every year starting at this stage and going on.

Lovely plants, Linda. So glad they were able to do well and surprise you.
