It began raining yesterday afternoon and it is still gently coming down. Only about half an inch total so far, but no complaints from me. We sat in the living room all afternoon yesterday reading and talking garden projects. Continuing to do the same this morning.

Rain is always beautiful in my book. Our weather forecasters have been teasing chances of rain all this week but Weather Underground begs to differ :(
These gentle rains have been great--allowing the precip to soak in. I wouldn't mind a thunderstorm one of these days, too, as long as it isn't too severe. The garden is looking happy. :)
