Love the way the foliage from Iris reticulata shoots up like fireworks after the flowers are gone.

I noticed that with the Iris reticulata bulbs I planted in pots this year. Unfortunately I got only a handful of flowers in one pot and none in the other so I don't think they'll be on the docket for planting here next year :(

I have never noticed these fireworks. I will try to be more aware of them next year.
